Digital interaction
An NFC and QR-based digital interaction and tipping product for service professionals.
Tipping assumes the customer is carrying cash. Increasingly nobody is, and the people tipping is meant to reach are the ones who lose out.
Service-sector professionals such as couriers, hospitality staff and valets, and the businesses that employ them.
Company infrastructure
International company formation and corporate services for founders and non-residents.
Forming a company in a country you do not live in usually means paperwork by post, an address you do not have and filing deadlines nobody reminds you about.
Non-resident founders, international entrepreneurs and companies expanding into the United Kingdom.
Operated by Dorsko Limited
Company infrastructure
A Turkish-language company formation and cross-border corporate services platform.
Founders in Türkiye who need an internationally recognised company structure face guidance written in another language and a compliance calendar that begins the day the company is registered.
Turkish-speaking founders, e-commerce businesses, software companies and international entrepreneurs.
These products have no public release. Nothing below is available to customers, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Identity and document intelligence
Owned by Dorsko OÜ
Full detail on DorskoVerify arrow_forwardDorskoVerify is being developed to turn corporate documents into structured, reviewable company information. The design covers document upload, OCR, document-type classification, extraction of company and beneficial-owner data, confidence indicators, source references and human review before any result is relied on.
Company verification still means a person opening a PDF, finding the registration number, checking the directors against another document and typing the result somewhere else.
Intended for corporate service providers, compliance teams and platforms that onboard companies.
DorskoVerify is in development. It has not launched, it has no customers and it is not processing documents today. The capabilities listed are design intent, not shipped features. No accuracy rate, recurring revenue or completed integration is claimed. It is not a government identity system.
Founder benefits
Owned by Dorsko Limited
Full detail on DorskoPerks arrow_forwardDorskoPerks is being developed to bring benefits, software offers and business resources into one place for founders and companies, with eligibility and claiming handled in a single flow rather than programme by programme.
The offers and credits that help a young company most are scattered across dozens of programmes, each with its own eligibility rules and its own application.
Intended for founders and growing companies working with the group products.
DorskoPerks is in development. No benefit provider agreement is in place, no provider is announced and no benefit is currently claimable. Any future provider will be named only once an agreement exists.
Business infrastructure
Owned by Dorsko Limited
Full detail on DorskoWork arrow_forwardDorskoWork is being developed to connect companies with verified business-address providers across jurisdictions, covering the address itself, mail handling and the documentation a registry or a bank asks for.
A company needs a business address in a country before it has anyone in that country, and the arrangements available are hard to compare and harder to verify.
Intended for international founders and companies that need a business address in a jurisdiction where they have no premises.
DorskoWork is in development. No address is currently available, no provider has been onboarded and no inventory of locations exists. Dorsko does not own address centres or offices, and nothing about the product implies government approval.
Payment infrastructure
Owned by Dorsko Limited
Full detail on DorskoPay arrow_forwardDorskoPay is being developed as payment infrastructure for digital businesses. The roadmap covers merchant onboarding and verification, virtual POS and online payment acceptance, checkout workflows, payment orchestration, fraud controls, analytics and operational tooling.
Cross-border merchants assemble checkout, verification, fraud tooling and reconciliation from separate vendors, then maintain the seams between them themselves.
Intended for digital businesses and marketplaces operating across borders.
DorskoPay is currently in development and is not providing regulated payment services. It is not a bank, an e-money institution, a payment institution or a licensed payment service provider. It does not process live transactions and does not hold customer funds. No acquiring, banking or card-network partnership is in place, and no integration with any payment provider is implied. Should financial services launch in future, they will be supplied through appropriately licensed providers.
A product changes label only when the thing the label describes has actually become true. There is no third, softer label between them.
There is a public product you can use today, at a URL we publish on this page.
Work is underway and the shape of the product is decided, but nothing has shipped, nothing is available to customers, and there are no customers.
No revenue, user count, transaction volume or partner name appears on this page. The one figure published is a company-formation count, sourced from a published company statement.
