This site collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. When you submit it we store the name, email address, subject and message you typed, together with the time of submission.
We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create. Browsing the site without using the form leaves no personal data with us.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): you contacted us and we have an interest in replying. If your message concerns a possible contract, the basis is steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
We use what you send only to answer you. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build a profile from it, and there is no automated decision-making.
Contact form submissions are kept for 24 months from the date of the message, then deleted. If a message becomes part of a contract or a legal record, it is kept for as long as that record must be kept and no longer.
Nobody outside the group reads your message except the providers that make the site run:
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
This site sets one cookie, PHPSESSID. It exists so the contact form can protect itself against cross-site request forgery. It holds no personal data, it is deleted when you close your browser, and it is classified as strictly necessary — which is why you are not asked to consent to it.

The website and its database are hosted within the European Economic Area. Google Fonts and the Better Stack status badge may serve their requests from outside the UK and EEA; those transfers are covered by each provider's own safeguards and involve only the connection data described above.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it. You can also ask us to send it to someone else in a portable form.
Write to hello@aboutdorsko.com and we will reply within one month. There is no charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would rather you told us first, but you do not have to.
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not change it quietly.
